1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, more if needed
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 Combine ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
