39. Avocado Salsa

2 avocados, coarsely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeno, minced
juice of one half lime
Sea Salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste

1 Combine the avocado, onion, jalapeno and lime juice in a bowl.
2 Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Serves 4; Yield: About 1 cup
